After years of working in the corporate world, with no time to exercise or eat properly, I found myself very overweight and out of shape and a size 16. Since starting the company I have trained with Xtreme Boot Camps weekly since October, although I have had periods of time off with a knee injury. I am now a size 12 and I am the fittest I have ever been.*
I do not weigh myself as the instructors always tell me to use a tape measure as the scales can be deceiving, especially as I build muscles I didn’t know I had.
Although I would like to be more toned around the midriff, my thighs and legs are solid now, no more thunder thighs or wobbly backside and no more bingo wings! Most importantly though I am fitter than I have ever been and feel more active in my day to day life and much healthier.

I have not even changed my diet that much. I do try and eat better and make sure I eat the right proteins and carbohydrates needed for the exercise I do at Xtreme Boot Camps, but I still enjoy a glass (or 2) of wine and cakes.
As co-owner of Xtreme Boot Camps, I have to try the product, and I may be biased, but the results speak for themselves. I am not a sporty person and if I go the gym I will do the minimum I need. I am very grateful to all the trainers for all the advice they have given and continue to give and for making me feel motivated to continue with the programme.
Give me a few more months and I will have the wash-board stomach!
