I was unhappily unhealthy and the biggest size I have ever been. I tried the regular gyms but gave up through boredom. I have also tried every diet you can think of but find myself back to square one within days. Then in the Summer of 2014 a friend introduced me to Xtreme Boot Camps.

I went to my first session knowing that it would not be a walk in the park but I soon became hooked and have been going at least twice a week ever since. The atmosphere is amazing and even though the instructors are very firm, they gave me such encouragement and each week they push me beyond my personal limits. No one is there to judge others and I have made some lifelong friends. My personal favourite is the monthly fitness tests. Although I find them terrifying, the feeling you get from seeing how much you have improved every time is a real confidence booster.

Since the Summer I have dropped from a size 18 to a size 12!* I am the fittest I have ever been and feel great inside and out. My confidence is also at an all-time high and I feel I can now conquer anything. In November I took on the Thriller Run and I am now working towards a 10k run.

If anyone is looking to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or just keep fit then Xtreme is the only way!

..I was a keen sports enthusiast at school especially in hockey and rounders. However, since leaving school, I have found it hard to find sports that I like and I have since piled on the weight and let my fitness levels drop.
